SAFE TRANSIT RULES:
• Use a Double-Walled Box.
• Minimum 2 inches of padding on all sides.
• Ensure the stand is padded to prevent box piercing.

Our Intake Process:
Upon arrival, Green Tech Repairs will record a video and take high-resolution images of the packaging and the device.
Privacy Policy:
• All arrival documentation is sent back to the customer.
• We do not capture your personal information.
10. Terms & Final Submission
Diagnostic Fee: A non-refundable fee applies if the quote is rejected or the unit is beyond economical repair.
Abandonment: Units left for over 60 days post-repair will be recycled.
