We build custom colour PCs to order, not off-the-shelf or prebuilt systems. Each named configuration has a proposed component specification that can be discussed and tailored to your requirements.
Built to order: We check component availability, compatibility, pricing and your requirements before confirming the final specification and quotation. Allow 1–10 working days from order for component sourcing, assembly, testing and preparation for dispatch.
Technical checks matter. CPU generation and BIOS support, motherboard socket and chipset, DDR5 compatibility, graphics-card dimensions and power connections, cooling capacity, radiator clearance, airflow and PSU requirements are checked against the exact parts before the build is agreed. Listed components are proposed specifications, not a guarantee of current stock.
Understanding the Components
Processor (CPU)
The CPU handles game logic, simulation, background processes and application workloads. Performance-focused processors use Performance-cores and Efficient-cores on many models; the number of cores and threads, boost behaviour, power limits and cooling requirements all affect the final system. The appropriate CPU depends on your games, target frame rate, graphics card and whether you stream, record or run demanding applications alongside gaming.
Graphics Card (GPU)
The GPU has a major influence on resolution, graphical settings, ray tracing and high-refresh gaming. GPU memory capacity, card length and thickness, slot space, power connectors and manufacturer power recommendations all need checking. A card suitable for Full HD gaming may not be the right choice for 1440p, ultrawide or 4K gaming at your desired settings.
Motherboard, Socket and BIOS
The motherboard controls CPU compatibility, DDR5 memory support, M.2 SSD connections, expansion slots, USB ports, networking and fan or RGB headers. Intel socket and chipset compatibility are not interchangeable across every generation. BIOS support for the exact processor, board revision, memory configuration and required features must be confirmed before ordering.
Memory (RAM) and Storage
Capacity, module count, memory speed and timings are considered together. Two matched modules are commonly used for dual-channel operation, with final speeds dependent on the CPU, motherboard, BIOS and memory profile. NVMe SSDs use an M.2 connection and PCIe interface; capacity and sustained performance should match your game library, recordings, projects and other files.
Cooling, Case Airflow and Noise
Cooling must be appropriate for the CPU’s sustained workload and the complete case airflow path. Cooler height, radiator size, RAM clearance, GPU clearance, fan positions and motherboard headers are checked. A liquid cooler is not automatically necessary for every gaming PC; the final choice balances thermal performance, acoustics, appearance and cost.
Power Supply and RGB
The PSU is selected for the exact CPU and GPU combination, system load, required connectors, transient power needs and suitable operating headroom. Where applicable, the PSU standard and native graphics-card power cable must match the chosen components. RGB fans, memory and coolers may use different 5V addressable or 12V RGB connections and software ecosystems, so headers, controllers and lighting compatibility are checked before parts are ordered.
