Swollen batteries are a FIRE HAZARD. If the device looks “puffy” or the screen is lifting, DO NOT charge it.

SCREEN LIFTING: Is the glass pushing out or ungluing from the frame? CHASSIS BULGE: Does the back or front of the case feel rounded or “puffy”? ODOR / HEAT: Do you smell a sweet chemical scent or feel heat while off?

NOTES: EXTENT OF SWELLING

A Forensic Power Analysis is REQUIRED to check for unstable voltage draw.
