Battery & Power Management
  • Battery swelling (Keyboard/Casing warping)
  • DC-In / USB-C charging port physical looseness
  • Rapid discharge while in “Sleep” mode
  • Voltage hiss (Coil whine) from power circuitry
Chassis & Hinge Durability
  • Hinge clicking or uneven opening resistance
  • Lid alignment issues (Gaps when closed)
  • Rubber feet missing or bottom panel heat-warped
  • Stripped or missing chassis screws
Connectivity & Signal
  • Bluetooth peripheral connection drops
  • Ethernet (RJ45) “Drop-jaw” port failure
  • USB Port data connectivity errors
  • Wi-Fi signal weak (Internal antenna pinch)
Display & Image Quality
  • LCD backlight “bleeding” on dark screens
