How the Tablet Repair Process Works
Enquiry
Tell us the exact tablet make and model, the symptoms and every fault you have noticed.
Assessment
We assess the reported symptoms and determine the appropriate diagnostic and repair route.
Diagnosis
Where required, diagnostic testing is carried out to identify the underlying hardware or software issue.
Repair Quote
Where a repair is practical, the required parts and repair work are confirmed before proceeding.
Diagnostic Services & Payment
The diagnostic service identifies the fault and helps determine the appropriate repair route. Parts and repair labour are separate unless specifically included in a confirmed quotation.

Tablet Repair Enquiry
Please provide as much technical information as possible. You can select multiple faults in the fault sections below. You do not need to know which component has failed; describe the symptoms and our technicians can assess the likely cause.
Technical Repair Information
What tablet makes can you assess?
We can assess Android and other non-Apple tablet devices from manufacturers including Samsung, Lenovo, Huawei, Xiaomi, Amazon, Google, Honor, OnePlus, TCL and other manufacturers, subject to the specific model, parts availability and nature of the fault.
Always provide the exact make and model because internal construction, display technology, charging architecture, battery configuration, storage arrangement and replacement-part availability vary substantially between tablet models.
Can I report more than one fault?
Yes. The repair enquiry form is specifically designed to allow multiple fault categories to be selected. Select every symptom that applies rather than selecting only the symptom you believe is the main problem.
What if I do not know what component has failed?
That is not a problem. Customers should describe the symptoms rather than attempting to diagnose the failed component. The diagnostic assessment is intended to determine the likely cause and appropriate repair route.
What happens if the tablet has liquid damage?
Liquid or moisture exposure can affect multiple systems, including charging circuits, displays, batteries, connectors and other internal components. The device can be assessed, but the outcome depends on the extent of the damage and whether affected components are repairable or replaceable.
Liquid-damage repairs are not covered by the standard repair warranty.
What if the battery is swollen?
Stop using and charging the tablet if the battery is suspected to be swollen or physically damaged. Do not attempt to press the display or housing back into position. Do not send a suspected swollen-battery device through normal post or courier arrangements until Green Tech Repairs has provided instructions.
Do I need to provide my PIN or password?
No. Do not enter passwords, PINs or account credentials into the enquiry form.
