The £39.99 Full Diagnostic Service provides the detailed assessment needed to establish the likely cause of a fault and determine the appropriate repair route.
- Internal and external inspection: Examination of the device and relevant components as part of the diagnostic process.
- Comprehensive safety assessment: Assessment of electrical condition, battery condition, visible hazards and other safety concerns.
- Hardware and software assessment: Identification of components, software, drivers or other work that may be required.
- Fault investigation: Testing designed to establish the likely cause of the reported problem.
- Beyond Economical Repair assessment: Professional assessment of whether repair costs are financially sensible compared with replacement.
- Clear repair recommendation: You receive the information needed to decide whether to proceed with the repair.
- Repair quotation: Where applicable, a quotation will identify the proposed repair work and associated costs.
- Quotes valid for 7 working days: Repair quotations remain valid for 7 working days unless otherwise stated.
- Data Privacy & GDPR: Customer information and device data are handled with appropriate professional confidentiality.
- Turnaround: Diagnostic and repair turnaround is normally 1–7 working days depending on the device, courier logistics, component availability and the work required.
- Important: Replacement parts and repair labour are not included in the £39.99 diagnostic fee unless specifically stated.
