The diagnostic service is designed to establish the reported CPU problem and determine the appropriate course of action.

Our assessment may include inspection of the equipment, processor-related symptoms, cooling behaviour, system stability and reported operating conditions, together with appropriate functional testing where practical and safe.

If a repair or service is practical and appropriate, we will advise accordingly. If repair is not appropriate, we will advise on the next suitable option.

Parts and labour for any separately agreed repair are not included in the diagnostic fee unless specifically stated.
