The General Repair / Full Diagnostic Service covers the initial assessment and diagnosis of your device.

The service is designed to establish what is wrong and what repair route may be appropriate. Parts and additional repair labour are excluded from the £39.99 diagnostic service unless specifically stated otherwise.

Where a repair quotation is provided, the quotation remains valid for 7 working days.

Typical repair times are 1–7 working days, depending on the fault, device and availability of required parts.

Approved repair labour is covered by our 40-day labour warranty. Liquid damage is not covered by the labour warranty.
