Apple Repairs

iPhone Repairs

Flagship-level iPhone repair, technical diagnosis and repair assessment for modern and older iPhone generations.

Technical iPhone Repair & Diagnosis

iPhones are highly integrated devices combining display, battery, charging, cameras, biometric systems, sensors, connectivity and operating-system functions.

We assess hardware faults, software problems, charging faults, battery problems, camera issues, connectivity problems, physical damage, startup faults and performance problems.

The exact iPhone model and generation matters because Apple has changed display technology, biometric systems, charging interfaces, camera systems, wireless charging, cellular technology, SIM configuration and internal hardware throughout the iPhone range.

Our approach is therefore model-specific rather than treating every iPhone as the same device.

Display & Touch

LCD and OLED display faults, cracked screens, touch problems, image defects and brightness issues.

Power & Charging

Battery faults, charging problems, wireless charging, MagSafe and unexpected shutdowns.

Camera & Biometrics

Rear cameras, front cameras, TrueDepth systems, Face ID, Touch ID and related sensors.

iOS & Connectivity

Startup faults, boot loops, iOS problems, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular, SIM and eSIM issues.

Our iPhone Repair Process

A structured approach designed to establish the fault, determine the repair requirements and give you a clear route forward.

1

Identify

We establish the exact iPhone model, generation and reported symptoms.

2

Diagnose

We assess the relevant hardware, software, power, charging and connectivity systems.

3

Recommend

We identify the appropriate repair route and required components or work.

4

Approve

You decide whether to proceed once the repair requirements and costs are understood.

5

Repair & Test

The approved repair is completed and relevant functions are tested before return.

Is Your iPhone Worth Repairing?

Not every iPhone repair makes financial sense, particularly with older models.

For example, if an older iPhone has a market value of around £50, paying £39.99 for a diagnostic before the cost of parts and labour could make the repair uneconomical.

That is why we provide an assessment route for customers who want to establish the actual repair requirements before deciding whether to proceed.

Repair When It Makes Sense

We do not want customers spending money unnecessarily on a device where the likely repair cost is disproportionate to its value.

The age and model of the iPhone, fault, physical condition, required components and likely repair cost can all be considered.

Our aim is simple: repair the device when it makes sense and give you an honest assessment when replacement may be the better option.
