📦 Packaging Instructions (Mandatory Before Shipping)

• Back up all critical compute, virtualisation, or cluster data before dispatch.
• Shut down node cleanly (no forced power-off unless emergency condition applies).
• Disconnect all network cables (dual NIC / fibre / Ethernet) and labeling modules.
• Remove or secure all hot-swap drives before transit where applicable.
• Lock or stabilise rail-mount ears to prevent chassis flex in transport.
• Wrap unit in anti-static protective sleeve covering full chassis length.
• Protect front airflow panel and rear I/O stack with rigid inserts.
• Use high-density foam end-caps to protect rack ears and structural frame.
• Apply at least 60mm shock-absorbing material on all sides (1U units are vibration sensitive).
• Use reinforced double-walled box rated for server-grade equipment.
• Ensure no lateral movement under shake/vibration conditions.
