Packaging Instructions

• Power off device completely before packing.
• Allow device to cool before packaging (CPU/GPU thermal load).
• Remove charger and accessories unless required for diagnostics.
• Typical device weight: 2.1kg – 3.7kg (AMD gaming laptop class)
• Maximum packaged weight: 5.5kg total (device + packaging)
• Minimum internal box dimensions: 45cm × 35cm × 15cm
• Recommended external box size: 50cm × 40cm × 20cm
• Use anti-static wrapping (ESD protection required).
• Protect screen and keyboard before closing device.
• Do not apply pressure to base intake vents or cooling exhaust zones.
• Do not stress hinge assembly under any condition.
• Use rigid double-wall cardboard box only.
• Ensure minimum 5cm cushioning on all sides.
• Device must not move inside packaging when shaken.
• Seal all edges with reinforced tape.
• Do not use soft mailers or padded envelopes.
