Packaging Instructions — Clamshell Windows Business ONLY

Device class handling parameters (business-grade workload hardware)

  • Power off device completely before packing.
  • Typical device weight range: 1.3kg – 3.0kg.
  • Maximum safe shipping weight (device + packaging): 5kg.
  • Minimum packaging clearance: 5cm on all sides.
  • Use rigid double-wall cardboard box only.
  • Ensure internal movement is fully restricted.
  • Do not apply pressure to keyboard deck (structural flex zone).
  • Do not apply pressure to LCD panel or hinge area.
  • Close lid gently; avoid forcing latch alignment.
  • Wrap device in anti-static protective layer.
  • Remove all USB devices, docking hardware, and accessories.
  • Use soft padding above and below device for shock absorption.
  • Seal all edges securely with reinforced tape.
  • Do not use padded envelopes or soft packaging.
