📦 Packaging Instructions (Mandatory Before Shipping)

• Back up all critical data before shipping the device.
• Shut down workstation fully (do not use sleep or hibernate).
• Disconnect all peripherals (monitors, keyboards, storage, docks).
• Remove all external drives, USB devices, and SD cards.
• Secure GPU (if installed) using anti-sag support or remove if requested.
• Wrap device in anti-static bag to prevent electrostatic discharge damage.
• Protect internal components with dense foam or original packaging inserts.
• Use at least 50mm bubble wrap on all sides, including top and bottom.
• Ensure cuboid chassis corners are heavily reinforced (impact zone priority).
• Place in rigid double-walled cardboard box with zero internal movement.
