1. Mandatory Packaging Protocol
- Pre-Packing: Power down the device fully. Remove all external accessories, including protective rubber bumpers or keyboards, and pack them separately.
- Screen Protection: Place a clean, non-abrasive microfiber cloth over the screen to prevent surface scratches from internal movement.
- Chassis Protection: Wrap the tablet in two layers of anti-static, moisture-resistant bubble wrap.
- Boxing: Utilize a rigid, double-walled corrugated cardboard box.
- Cushioning: Use high-density foam blocks to create a minimum 75mm (3″) buffer on all six sides. Do not allow the device to touch the outer walls of the box.
- Structural Sealing: Apply reinforced industrial packing tape using the H-method across all seams to prevent accidental opening.
- Labeling: Clearly mark the exterior “Fragile: Electronics” and “This Side Up.”
