Workstation All in One SCIENTIFIC AND AI RESEARCH — Transport & Query Protocol
1. Mandatory Packaging Protocol
- Pre-Packing: Power down the system fully and disconnect all external peripherals. Secure any internal high-mass components or cooling systems per manufacturer specifications to prevent mechanical stress during transit.
- Chassis Protection: Wrap the Workstation All in One SCIENTIFIC AND AI RESEARCH in two layers of high-grade, anti-static, shock-absorbing bubble wrap.
- Boxing: Utilize a rigid, double-walled corrugated cardboard box or a custom-built, ISPM-15 compliant wooden crate for maximum structural integrity.
- Cushioning: Use high-density foam blocks to create a minimum 75mm (3″) buffer on all six sides. The unit must be fully “floated” and immobilized to prevent internal shifting.
- Structural Sealing: Apply reinforced industrial packing tape using the H-method across all seams to ensure the package remains secure and moisture-resistant.
- Labeling: Clearly mark the exterior “Fragile: High-Performance Scientific Research Hardware,” “This Side Up,” and “Shock Sensitive.”
